Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses. When adding items to your shopping bag, be sure to click on the Ship to Multiple Addresses check box. You can also specify multiple addresses when you are checking out.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, simply call us at (800) 221-4442 or email your name, address, phone number, and order number to You should make this call within 24 hours of placing your order -- to make sure that we haven't already processed and shipped the order. If the order has already shipped from our factory, we cannot recall or cancel the order.

Do you charge sales tax?

Can I place my order now and ship at a later date?

If you want to place your order to ship on later dates, use the special instructions box to let us know. If you are unsure, you can always call us and let us know to ship your order on a later date (though you have to call us within 12 hours of placing the order, or we might already have it packed and ready to go!).

How should I store my chocolates?

To experience the rich luscious taste that comes from Susie’s chocolates, we recommend chocolates be stored (and enjoyed) at room temperature (between 62°F to 72°F). For best results, you should store your Frozen Pecan Toffee in your freezer -- and serve it straight from the freezer! If you like, you can refridgerate Susie’s chocolates. Just be sure that you allow the chocolates to return to room temperature before you eat them. We recommend that you enjoy Susie's chocolates within 14 to 30 days of purchase (even if refrigerated).
